About Lindy Sim
She spent more than a decade watching great businesses make costly moves at exactly the wrong moment.
That pattern — not bad strategy, but bad timing — is what led her to build TIME. And it’s what makes this work different from conventional business advice.
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant
years across public and private sectors
fund under management, Maritime & Port Authority
national programmes co-built with EnterpriseSG
question most advisors never ask: is now the right time?
Mission Statement
TIME helps individuals, leaders, and businesses optimise alignment and growth by integrating strategic thinking, timing intelligence, environmental alignment, and personal development into practical actions that support long-term success and prosperity.
At the heart of our work is the belief that prosperity carries responsibility. We aspire to help individuals and businesses grow with integrity, so that their success can create a ripple effect of good – supporting employees, uplifting families, serving customers well, and extending help to those who may be less fortunate.
We believe that when success is aligned with purpose and compassion, everyone benefits.
Her Story
Not a theory.
A pattern she kept seeing.
Lindy has spent 15+ years across Singapore’s public and private sectors.
She kept seeing the same thing. Good leaders. Sound strategies. Decisions that quietly unravelled — not because the move was wrong, but because the timing wasn’t right.
That gap led her to co-found TIME. To add the one layer most frameworks miss entirely: when.
Her co-founder brings a decade of MNC leadership. Together, they’ve adapted a centuries-old timing system into a practical framework for today’s business decisions.

Most advisors help you think through the what. Lindy's work starts a step earlier — is this the right moment to move at all?
That question sounds simple. It’s rarely asked.
What Sets Her Apart
While most advisors focus on whether a move is right,
Lindy focuses on whether it's right now.
01
Is the organisation ready?
- Every business moves through natural cycles
- Not every phase supports every type of move
- Strategy alone doesn't tell you that
02
Is leadership truly aligned?
- Agreement on paper isn't the same as alignment
- Misalignment amplifies the cost of any decision
- It shows up fastest when timing is off
03
Does timing support success?
- The right move at the wrong time still costs you
- Timing intelligence reveals the window
- Know before you commit — not after
